The following explains the application process and requirements:

1. You should be a licensed nurse (RN or LVN) with a minimum of 2 years experience in Private Duty Nursing.
2. Applications are completed in the office.  Location 8700 Commerce Park Drive suite 146 Houston, Texas 77036.
3. The application process takes 45 min – one hour.  Interested applicants must bring the following documents in order to begin the application process:
   – State issued Drivers License or picture ID which is current and valid
   – Social Security Card
   – Current and valid Permanent Resident Card or Government issued work permit (if applicable)
   – Negative TB skin test or Chest X-ray completed within the past 10 months.
   – Valid Car Insurance.
4. Completion of paper application is followed by competency test via computer and an interview and skills check off.
